Affordable Townhomes For Sale in Hainesport’s Glen at Mason’s Creek Active Adult Community
The application process for affordable two story two bedroom age-restricted townhomes is now open. In order to be eligible for an age-restricted affordable housing unit, you must meet certain income limits as determined by the New Jersey Council on Affordable Housing and at least one member of the household must be a minimum age of 55 years.
Six units are currently available for sale. The sales price for the low to moderate income units range from $72,015 to $106,772, depending upon household income. The maximum household incomes permitted are $45,024 for a one person household, $51,456 for a two person household and $57,888 for a three person household. Interested households will be required to submit a full application.
Triad Associates has been designated by Hainesport Township to act as the program Administrative Agent to qualify and assist home buyers through the application process.
Units will be deed restricted to ensure continued affordability. Applicants will be required to have a minimum credit score of 640 (with no recent judgments or bankruptcies) in order to obtain mortgage pre-approval.
How to Apply
If you are interested in applying to purchase one of the affordable units, you must complete an Application. Interested persons are to call Dawn Genco at Triad Associates, at (856) 690-5749 to request an application.
